1⁄2 lb (225 g) boneless, skinless turkey or chicken breast, cubed
1 tsp oil
1 cup cubed green peppers
- Coat chicken with dip mix, oil, salt and pepper.
- Thread meat and veggies onto 12 skewers.
- Place in a skewer maker. Cover and microwave on high until cooked through, about 3-4 min. Serve with prepared dip.
