1 1⁄2 lbs (675 g) ground chicken or turkey
1⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- Using Piano Wire Whisk, whisk egg with water, then whisk in Burger Seasoning and Honey Mustard.
- Crumble in chicken and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Mix to combine. Wet hands to prevent sticking and form mixture into 6 patties, or use a burger press.
- Grill patties on the barbecue over medium-high heat with lid closed for 5 minutes. Flip and continue grilling for approximately 5 more minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 160° F (71° C).
