Serve with low-fat yogurt and fresh fruit.
1 1⁄2 cups milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
12 slices - 3/4 inch thick slices bread
- Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and Cinnamon.
- Dip each slice of bread until soaked. In a lightly sprayed frying pan, cook French toast for 3 minutes on each side, or until golden.
